      • 1、 Professor Tang Chun'an, winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund

        Tang Chunan, born in 1958 in Qianyang, Hunan Province, is a doctoral supervisor. Member of the fifth discipline evaluation group of the State Council; Vice president of Chinese society of rock mechanics and engineering; Chairman of China national group of international society of rock mechanics; Deputy editor of Journal of rock mechanics and engineering, editorial board member of International Journal of rock mechanics and mining sciences and geomechanics and geoengineering.   He has been to Imperial College for postdoctoral research, and has been invited to visit Canada, the United Kingdom, Sweden, the United States, Japan, Switzerland, South Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong. Supported by the State Education Commission's "cross century excellent talent training plan" and "National Science Fund for outstanding young people", it was selected as the first batch of "national ten million talents project plan". He has won the 4th China Youth Science and technology award, Liaoning Youth May 4th medal, Baosteel Education Fund outstanding teacher award, and the fourth batch of provincial outstanding experts in Liaoning Province.

        Mainly engaged in rock failure mechanism and rock engineering disaster analysis, monitoring and early warning, involving rock burst, water inrush, gas outburst, mine earthquake, surface subsidence and stability analysis of rock engineering structure or slope. Since 1988, he has successively presided over more than 20 basic research projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and ministries and commissions, one key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, "mechanism of mine dynamic disaster induced by deterioration of mining coal and rock geological environment" and major international cooperation project "mechanism of rock burst and its prediction and prevention", The research results have been applied to more than 10 typical or major projects, such as "gas outburst monitoring and early warning of Huainan Mining Group", "stability analysis and monitoring and early warning of high and steep slope on the left bank of Jinping I Hydropower Project (the world's highest dam)" and "rock burst monitoring and early warning of Jinping II hydropower project (the world's largest deep buried tunnel group)". It has won the second prize of national science and Technology Progress Award and provincial and ministerial level scientific and Technological Achievements Award for 7 times. In recent years, more than 370 academic papers have been published in various academic journals and conferences at home and abroad (108 in SCI, 290 in EI, and 4500 times cited by others at home and abroad). He has published six academic monographs such as rock failure mechanism, catastrophes in the process of rock fracture and numerical experiment of rock fracture process.


        2、 Professor Feng XiaTing, winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund

        Feng XiaTing, born in 1964 in Qianshan, Anhui Province, is a doctoral supervisor. He is the vice chairman and elected chairman of the international society of rock mechanics, the chief scientist of the national 973 project, the director of the State Key Laboratory of geotechnical mechanics and engineering, the vice president of the Chinese society of rock mechanics and engineering, and a member of the steering committee of the international cooperation program decovalex. The winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the first batch of national candidates for the project of one million talents in the new century, and the "hundred million talents project" of Chinese Academy of Sciences People plan. Editorial board member of International Journal of rock mechanics and Mining Sciences, International Journal of analytical and numerical methods in Geomechanics, rock mechanics and rock engineering, geomechanics and tunneling, and editor in chief of Journal of rock mechanics and engineering. He has served as senior research officer of Jinshan University in South Africa, visiting researcher of Comprehensive Research Institute of resources and environment of Japan, and special researcher of itIt in Japan.

        Professor Feng XiaTing is mainly engaged in the research of rock fracture mechanism, model and analysis theory. He puts forward the intelligent analysis method of rock mechanics and gradually establishes the theoretical system. He has successively presided over more than 40 national 973 projects, National 863 projects, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, key and general projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and major international cooperation projects. 9 patents and 5 software copyright registrations were obtained. He has published more than 200 academic papers, of which more than 50 have been included in SCI, more than 200 in EI and nearly 50 in ISTP. He has published 4 monographs, 3 translated works and 2 thesis collections. He has won the second prize of national science and technology progress award, the first prize of provincial and ministerial Natural Science Award, and the provincial and ministerial level special award for scientific and technological progress.


        3、 Professor Zhu Wancheng, winner of National Outstanding Youth Fund

        He is also a member of the international society of rock mechanics (ISRM), a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), a director of the Chinese society of rock mechanics and Engineering (CSRME), and the deputy director of the "rock crushing Engineering Committee", "youth working committee" and "rock dynamics professional committee" subordinate to the society. He is also the deputy editor in chief of the International Journal of rock mechanics and Mining Sciences, and the editorial board member of Chinese Journal of rock mechanics and engineering, Journal of underground space and engineering, Journal of mining science and metal mines.

        He is mainly engaged in the research of rock damage and failure process, mechanism and prevention and control technology of mine dynamic disaster. Taking rock mass damage as the main line, the paper puts forward rock medium parameters and damage characterization method, constructs the constitutive relationship of rock damage and fracture under multi field (thermal fluid solid) coupling and multi strain rate, and reveals the damage and fracture mechanism of rock under "three high and one disturbance", The disaster process analysis method combining on-site monitoring and damage mechanics simulation is preliminarily established and put into engineering application; He has presided over 30 vertical projects such as National Natural Science Foundation. He has published two academic monographs and one translated work, and published more than 250 papers (67 of which were included by SCI, including 37 first or corresponding authors, 169 by EI and 37 by ISTP).
